Liverty staff put in valuable volunteering hours during Perranporth Beach community clean-up day
Liverty staff volunteers recently made big a difference to how Perranporth Beach, Cornwall looks, working alongside partners to tidy the beach and enabling safe surfing.
Paul Brown, Liverty Planned Works Manager said: ‘’ We wanted to be part of a beach clean-up day as a way of giving back to our communities. The sun was shining, and it looked beautiful. We managed to clear away around 30 bin bags of waste on the day. I found it surprising to see how many fishing nets and other ropes had been washed up onto the beach.’’
Volunteering plays a large role in our communities, where we bring people together to make a difference.
Well done to our brilliant staff volunteers for their hard work!
